How do you ensure the freshness of perishable items during shipping?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging, including insulated liners and cold packs, to ensure that your jamón, cheeses, and chorizos arrive in perfect condition.

What is the difference between Jamón Serrano and Jamón Ibérico?

Jamón Serrano comes from white pigs and is cured for 12-18 months. Jamón Ibérico comes from the native Iberian pig and offers a more complex, nutty flavor profile with higher fat marbling, often cured for up to 36-48 months.

Do you offer international shipping?

How should I store my cured meats once they arrive?

Vacuum-sealed packs should be kept refrigerated until ready to consume. For whole legs, store them in a cool, dry place on a ham holder (jamonero) and cover the cut surface with its own fat or plastic wrap to prevent drying.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
